Troubleshooting Guide

Find solutions to common issues with 411 Scenepacks

If you run into an "internal server error" on flashbang.sh, try:
Switching browsers. Brave and stripped down Chromium browsers often break some sites. If you're on Windows, Microsoft Edge is a good bet to get a site to work. Otherwise, just use Chrome.
VPN. Some governments have decided that open file sharing is not good and have region blocked some domains related to our file hosting service. If you're not looking to pay for a VPN, Proton VPN has a great free tier. If you have cash to throw around, Mullvad VPN is good.
If buzzheavier.com does not work for you try using one of these proxies:
Just replace the domain name in the URL and keep the file ID in the URL and it should send you to the correct file.
If you run into an issue with LootLabs:
Send us an email, control@scenepacks.com. If you run into any issues at all, feel free to send an email.
If you want to skip LootLabs altogether:
Purchase 411 Premium: https://scenepacks.com/premium
A note to our users:

We want everyone to have an easy experience getting our scenepacks. However, we require money for file hosting and servers. This option is much better than Linkvertise, which was requiring some users to wait 1 hour to access a scenepack.

If you have a problem with the file hosting platform, I promise you, there is no better option. All big file hosting platforms will remove our files, the ones that won't are slow or are too expensive.
